04. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared, as needed and limited to the relevant service, with hosting, email, IT and security providers, or with authorised public bodies and legal advisers where required. Website traffic passes through Cloudflare network/security infrastructure. The optional Cloudflare analytics script is blocked by this implementation.
If you allow external media, the browser connects to YouTube/Google. Your IP address and browser/device information may be sent to these providers and processed overseas. Hosting, email or network services using overseas infrastructure may also involve an international transfer.
International transfers require the adequacy, appropriate-safeguard or exceptional-transfer conditions in Article 9 of the Law. Clicking a cookie button does not replace those conditions. Providers describe processing for their own services in their respective privacy policies.
05. Retention and deletion
Correspondence and technical records are retained for the relevant purpose and any applicable legal retention duties. Relevant limitation periods are considered where necessary to protect a right. When processing conditions cease to apply, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable rules.
The cookie preference record is kept in this browser for 180 days. Browser records and durations are described separately in the Cookie Policy.
