This notice is provided under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 for candidates who email their CV to the address on our careers page or take part in recruitment. There is no CV upload form on this website; applications are sent by email.

02. Candidate information that may be processed

To the extent you provide them, information may include name, contact details, education, work experience, language skills and role-related competencies; CV content, application correspondence and interview/assessment details. Data is collected through email, CVs and recruitment discussions using wholly or partly automated methods.

Do not send an identity-document copy, medical report, criminal record or unrelated sensitive data with an initial application. Inform a referee before sharing their personal details. Any necessary sensitive-data processing requires a separate assessment and notice under Article 6 of the Law.

03. Purposes and legal bases

Assessing an application against role requirements, arranging interviews and contacting you may rely on Article 5(2)(c), insofar as necessary for the pre-contract employment process. Candidate assessment and recruitment organisation may rely on legitimate interests respecting your fundamental rights under Article 5(2)(f). Article 5(2)(e) may apply where necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right.

Reading this notice, sending a CV or accepting cookies does not constitute blanket consent. Purposes beyond the current application require an appropriate legal basis and, where necessary, separate explicit consent.

04. Possible recipients

Authorised company staff involved in recruitment may review your application as needed. Email and IT providers may access related records when delivering their technical services. Authorised public bodies may receive data where required by law, or legal advisers where needed to protect rights.

If email or hosting services use overseas infrastructure, the international-transfer conditions of Article 9 also apply. A cookie choice does not serve as consent to transfer job-application data.

05. Retention and future applications

Application details are retained for the assessment process and any applicable legal duty or need to protect a right. Retention needs are reviewed when the application is completed. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once processing conditions no longer apply.

Reading this notice does not automatically authorise storage in a separate talent pool for future roles. Such processing requires separate information about purpose, duration and legal basis, and explicit consent where necessary.

06. Your rights and requests

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, identify domestic or overseas recipients, seek correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met. You may request that recipients be informed of corrections or deletion, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing.

You can submit a signed written request to the postal address above. You may also write to [email protected] from an email address previously provided to us and registered in our systems. “KVKK Request” in the subject line helps route your request.

Include your name and surname; your signature for a written request; Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens or nationality and passport/identity number for foreign nationals; service address; email, telephone and fax details if available; the subject of your request and relevant supporting documents. Do not send unnecessary identity-document copies or sensitive information.

Requests are addressed as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest. If processing incurs an additional cost, a fee under the tariff set by the Board may apply.
