This policy applies to the WordPress website at foramec.com. Cookies are small records stored in your browser. Services such as external videos may also process IP addresses and device information.
02. Categories used on this website
Necessary cookies
Records needed for security, session management, technical page display and remembering your choice. Processing relies on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), or another applicable non-consent legal basis. This category cannot be disabled in the preference panel.
External media — your choice
YouTube videos are held back when a page first opens. They load only when you enable “External media”, select “Allow external media” or select “Accept all”. Processing relies on explicit consent under Article 5(1). Videos use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain; this does not eliminate data transfers entirely.
Analytics and advertising cookies have not been enabled by this installation. Cloudflare’s optional analytics script is blocked; network and security services continue.
03. Cookie and service inventory
The table describes this implementation and technical cookies that the infrastructure may create. Security and administrator cookies may not appear on every visit.
| Record / service | Purpose and provider | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
foramec_privacy |
Foramec; choice, timestamp and policy version. No IP address is stored in this record. | 180 days | Necessary |

wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* |

spbc_*, __cf_bm, cf_clearance |
CleanTalk / Cloudflare; bot/access checks according to active security functions. | Varies by security rule; __cf_bm typically after 30 minutes of inactivity | Necessary security; if created |
YouTube / Google; e.g. YSC, __Secure-YNID / VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE or browser storage |
External video playback; only after permission, depending on interaction and provider behaviour. | Set by provider; YSC session, __Secure-YNID / VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE 6 months if created | External media; optional |
For current YouTube behaviour and durations, see Google’s cookie information. For security cookies, see Cloudflare’s explanation.
04. Choosing and withdrawing consent
On your first visit, use “Reject optional”, “Accept all” or “Manage preferences”. Rejecting does not prevent browsing. External media is off by default. A video does not load without a choice permitting it.
Use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom left or the footer link to change your choice. When you switch external media off, loaded videos are stopped and the page reloads. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing; previously created third-party records can be removed separately in your browser settings.
Your choice is saved only in this browser for 180 days. A new choice is requested after deletion, expiry or a policy-version change. “Open on YouTube” takes you to another website, where that provider’s own terms apply.
05. Collection, recipients and overseas transfers
Cookie and browser information is obtained through automatic connections between your device and web infrastructure. Necessary records support website/security functions; permitted external-media information supports Google/YouTube’s video service. Cloudflare provides network/security services. Overseas server, network or video infrastructure may involve international transfers.
The transfer conditions in Article 9 apply separately. External-media consent does not replace those requirements. General processing and your rights are explained in the Privacy Notice.
06. Rights and contact
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, identify domestic or overseas recipients, seek correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met. You may request that recipients be informed of corrections or deletion, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing.
You can submit a signed written request to the postal address above. You may also write to [email protected] from an email address previously provided to us and registered in our systems. “KVKK Request” in the subject line helps route your request.
Include your name and surname; your signature for a written request; Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens or nationality and passport/identity number for foreign nationals; service address; email, telephone and fax details if available; the subject of your request and relevant supporting documents. Do not send unnecessary identity-document copies or sensitive information.
Requests are addressed as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest. If processing incurs an additional cost, a fee under the tariff set by the Board may apply.
